Just Run Like a Girl

Spent another Sunday volunteering my time to raise a few bucks for training. I can't believe how early I've had to get up lately. I don't remember what it's like to sleep in anymore!

Today was the Run Like a Girl race. It's a trail run, meaning that there are very uneven surfaces. Also, it's a women-only race--no men allowed to participate. We had to hike (and I do mean hike) over parts of the trail to get to our stations. Boy, I don't think I will ever run that race--waaaaay too dangerous!

Elaina and I got placed at the same point, so we had some time to take a few photos.
