The Happy Challenge: Day 71

Day 71 of 100 Happy Days Challenge.

Happy #1 - Saw these blooms when I was grocery shopping today...

Happy #2 - As soon as the toddler heard "Happy" (the Pharrell Williams song) on the TV, he immediately perked up and started bouncing in his seat (he was on his tablet at the time). Music definitely has an impact on him!

Happy #3 - The toddler did NOT watch Despicable Me or Despicable Me 2 at all today! Considering he has watched one or the other (or both) on a daily basis for almost three weeks, this is quite an accomplishment. While I like both movies, it was starting to get a little old. :)

Cornell Farms

It's very rare that I'm caught without a camera when I go somewhere. However, when we visited the nursery on a sunny Saturday, I actually left the point and shoot camera - big mistake.

Lucky for me, I had the camera on my cell phone. It doesn't take the greatest photos, but I took a chance and snapped away, hoping that some of them would come out.

I also had a template that I had been wanting to try out, and it was perfect for the cell phone pictures, which weren't the sharpest. So, in a reduced format, they work great. Here's the resulting layout...

Tulips in November

I was a little shocked to see tulips in Costco the other day. But, since I love tulips, no matter what time of year, I went ahead and splurged a little.

I'm glad I did.

Thursday Threesome

I joined Kim and Dave (a former co-worker who was in town most of this week) for happy hour this evening at Wild Buffalo Wings. I can't believe I'll be working with these two again in the very near future!

Earlier today, Linden and I stepped out to grab lunch at New Seasons, and I spotted these flowers as we left the store...
